Hello to all our customers in and around Bristol. My name is Bob and I am the original ABS. My role in this Rapid Response Team is that of support. Your first port of call should be Derrick or Richard. However, I am still available for callout to old customers if you feel you still need my services.

We are very much a team, and would love to hear from you if you have a problem with an appliance. I would like to reassure you that you will get the very best service no matter which one of us you call
