THE SERVICE
How we serve you
Our repair service extends to people in all parts of Bristol and surrounding areas. Our aim is to provide a service that is of a very
high standard. Within this service you will find us to be fair, informative, efficient and caring. You will also find that we deliver
good quality repairs that are real value for money.
Fair
We would like to think then, that there will never be an occasion when a customer will not be satisfied with our work. Should that
prove not to be the case, we hope our sense of fairness will ensure an amicable outcome. We value your custom and would not want to
jepordise it in any way.
Informative
We make it possible for you to talk directly to an engineer, possibly the person that will come out to you and fix your appliance.
He may ask you a series of friendly questions to asertain the condition of your appliance. If in his experience, your appliance
is likely to be an expensive fix, he will tell you so over the telephone. He would not want you to spend unnecessarily. We are all
for saving you time and money.
Efficient
Our response is usually same or next day with a 90% on the spot fix. We offer booking times to within 1/2 hour, not 1/2 a day.
Where parts have to be ordered, we normally can obtain them within 2 or 3 working days. We are better equipped to accomodate you.
Caring
We have a passion for repairing things. That is one reason why we object to the throw away society we are being encouraged to be
a part of. If it is at all possible to fix your appliance at a reasonable cost, we will fix it. We respect your property and
make sure careful consideration is taken with regard to flooring etc., if an appliance has to be moved.
Value for money
Our customers come back to us time and time again whenever they have a faulty washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, tumble dryer or fridgefreezer. That in itself speaks volumes. We do appreciate your custom and will continue to provide the quality of service you appreciate.
The competition is very strong in Bristol and we are confident that if this was a race, we would be way out in front.

Some washing machines are difficult to pull out from under the worktop without causing damage to flooring.
Washing-up liquid acts like grease when put under the legs of the machine. This allows the machine to slide
along very easily. You can then put your foot up against the kick panel of the machine to act as brakes when
you open the door and tilt the machine forward and pull. Be carefull not to pull too hard and break the flexi
water pipes at the back !
